An outburst similar to that of what's referred to as a "temper tantrum", usually consists of ignorant statements, hypocritical attitude, petty insults, and other various childish behaviors; When one lashes out knowing about the consequences of their actions, or what they've done wrong, but does not care about it or want to admit that they are in the wrong.

"Yo man she just threw a boogle!"
