hanahaki disease

a fictional (emphasis on fictional) disease, often used in fanfictions, where the victim regurgitates and coughs up flower petals when they suffer from unrequited love. The illness can only be cured through surgical removal, however any existing romantic feelings are also removed with the infection.

the "hanahaki disease" can't really be applied to real life because it's fictional, so no examples for it...sorry!

Crone’s Disease

When a woman reaches an age where she no longer gives a rat’s ass if others find her appealing.

Clearly this one-time hottie is suffering from an advanced case of Crone’s Disease.

Gerin's Disease

A seemingly terminal disease on which the patient lacks the ability to act like a normal person in the presence of the opposite sex. Other symptoms include posing for pictures with models at car shows with a completely frozen face and arms straight down instead of grabbing the model

I wanted to go and talk to that girl, but this damn Gerin's Disease won't let me!

Hanauso Disease

Hanauso Disease is a fictional disease in which when the victim’s loved one lies or betrays them, flowers will grow out of the victim’s neck. Alongside that, the victim will be unable to talk until their loved one tells the truth.

Katherine had Hanauso Disease. That was the reason flowers were always growing out of her neck.
