To breathe out of one’s ass or to just be Bullshitting.
Ass-Exhaling is to be bullshitting all the time. A.k.a talking nonesense.
An Ass Exhaler is someone who talks nonesense and bullshits their way through conversation.
“Man, that Mohannad is such an Ass-Exhaler. He literally breathes out of his own ass.”
“No way, my asshole of a stepdad Jeff is an Ass-Exhaler too! Next time he can take out he trash!”

Where you are trying to hold in a deep breath but then unintentionally do something that obliges you to "pop" whether ya want to or not.
I was competing with a couple of friends to see who could hold his breath the longest, and I was reading the daily newspaper-comics to distract me from my respiratory discomfort. Then I read a cartoon that really struck me funny and so I hadda laugh --- talk about self-imposed exhale!

b) said whenever you want someone to focus on the positive aspects of their existence and reject the negative aspects of said existence.
Inhale the good shit, exhale the bs can be applied to being only around positive people and staying away from toxic people and their bs

Verb. The often involuntary act of expelling air from one's lungs with haste after having one's mind completely blown, usually due to learning new information, hearing dope lyrics, viewing reality from a new perspective, etc.. Can be silent or accompanied by any number of noises.
They never heard so many people Soul-Exhale at the same time.
I had to Soul-Exhale because those lyrics made me see life in a completely new way.
