An expression used to describe a person with halitosis or bad breath. This can range from someone with mildly unpleasant bad breath because they’ve been up all night and haven’t had a chance to brush their teeth to someone with a real problem. You know the sort of person I mean, their teeth look like the bones of animal carcases or the weathered moss covered tombstones in a neglected graveyard; and their breath, oh lord their breath, it smells like a cross between rotting fish and the decomposing faecal emissions of a diseased pig and should be declared a biohazard.

When you sit on the toilet because it feels like you have to take a massive dump, but all you do is fart for 10 seconds or more continuously.
I thought I was going to drop a soccer ball sized turd in the sears but all I did was let out a 14 second fog horn blast of Farty Poo.

When one sits on the toilet with an exceedingly uncomfortable sensation in their bowels expecting to release a large amount of excrement, but instead only releases a trumpeting blast of gas lasting for ten or more seconds
I thought I was going to crap out a soccer ball but instead I disturbed the restuarant with a fog horn sounding farty poo that lasted for at least 15 seconds.
Upon exiting the restroom I was greated with uproarious applause.

Farty balls occurs when you are sitting in a seat and when you fart the fart exits between your inner thigh and your balls.
Every time I sit in the Expedition and fart I get Farty balls.
