when a group of friends act idiotically for attention or to pester another similar group of the opposite sex.
Saying "Gang gang" repeatedly as an entire dialog for no reason.
The boys went up to the girls group and said "Gang gang" repeatedly to which they went to the office, the boys were then later accused of creating a gang inside school by the principal.
