If a company decides to do anything that is not GAAP, like managing earnings, they would be following GUAP.
Auditor: They didn't accrue for bad debts so their income is overstated a material amount, that is some serious GUAP!

Traditionally, guap has been used as a a way to state that one has a large sum of money.
More recently, guap has been used as an adjective to describe a memorable experience, and generally anything that someone would consider exceptional or impressive.

The word quap originated from the an african american slang term used on the streets of Harlem, New York to indicated large sums of money aquired through the sale of illicit drugs. It is in reference to the amount of money a typical black male would earn in a year at an 8 hour hour a day, 5 day a week job, making minimum wage (new york state). At present day 7.15 x 8 = 57.2 a day...57.2 x 8 = 286 a week ... 286 x 53 = $14,872 in a year...thus the amount of guap at the present rate is $14,872 in previous years when minimum wage was at 5.15 an hour a guap was equivilent to $10,712. As a sign of the times a quap has risen with inflation.

A guap is the object of the Guap Scale. The scale ranges from one to five, and refers solely to the hotness of females, one being the lowest, five being the highest.
1. A one guap is very...raunch. You would never even think about hitting a one guap.
2. A two guap is OK at best. Theres a 10% chance you would hit with that person, and only if your drunk, and you would NEVER tell anyone.
3. A three guap is dece, and you would definitely hit but only tell one or two people.
4. A four guap is hott, and you would definitely hit in a hot second, and you would tell anyone that asked you.
5. A five guap is the cream of the crop. She super hott and you would hit without a question, and boast about it to all your friends.
