The plural of "Hobo" in the english language. However, most people think they are too good for Hobi, therefore they made up a new plural. They currently are in denial, and are not accepting the fact that Hobi IS indeed the plural for Hobo.
Person 1: Lets go laugh at the Hobi and wave 100 dollar bills in their faces!
Person 2: Yeah! And let's drink some red wine in front of them!

A hobie is a trash person, except they want you to think they're the polar opposite of that. A hobie is usually arrogant, vain, poorly-dressed, and obnoxious.
