The late night motivation men randomly get to turn their life around.
I just had some motivation at 3 AM last night.
I started doing push ups last night because I had 3 AM Motivation
Gym rats use these phrase after a hard workout to state that they are ready to battle their demons once again.
That is because 3 am is also called "the devils hour".
I did a killer bysep workout today, i am prepared for 3 am.

A 3 AM piss is when someone is awoken at 3 AM by the urge to piss. The person will then typically get out of bed grumbling like a drunk fucker and walk into the bathroom where the lights will hinder his vision for about 3 minutes. Because of this short term blindness the dude will piss all over the seat as he exclaims fuck over and over again.
"Dude I had an awful 3 AM piss last night I couldn't see for a fucking week."
A way for youtubers to make fools of themselves while doing terrible editing of a "scary" thing.
Youtuber: "An imposter broke into my house at 3AM, and I turned into an imposter!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
