"Looking to Relocate" is a less common but still relevant meaning behind LTR.
-Most typical in the context of personal ads online posted by those seeking relationships and connections, often, but not always with the implied desire of relinquishing responsibilities and being provided for (e.g. dom/sub dynamics, sugar parents, etc).
-Has been seen on resumes, school/job applications, albeit very rarely as it is often replace with the more formal full form of the expression.
LTR by this definition has largely been replaced with WTR or "Willing to Relocate" due to the confusion caused by the increasingly more common and agreed upon definition of "Long Term Relationship" with the rise of social dating apps, and even as shorthand/chatspeak for "Later" in the early 2000's
Sam: Hey, I saw Alex is LTR, u gonna dm them?
Erin: I would, but idk if I'm down for another LTR after Blake.
Sam: I feel, but u gotta get back out there sooner or LTR.
Abbreviation of “later”, generally used when texting or communicating over social media

Me: “Well I was planning on going to sleep”
