I watched a dozen recent grads from the masters in business program fail to be able to divide a dinner check by twelve. It must be that damn MBA brain, those fools couldn't fight there way out of a paper bag.

Students who started med school, realized that there are more lucrative and interesting ventures than trying to save the world one human at a time. Oh and they also couldn't stand their lame classmates and didn't want to completely throw away the painful years they had already invested (see "med school").
