A young teen with the ability to grow facial hair, that other people the same age can't. Also the facial hair has to be able to look like a full grown man could have grown it. This type of person is able to get attention for looking older than he really is.

A man child is a early twenties ex-frat boy who looks like a big fat fucking baby in grown man clothing. When seen in their natural habit (a bar infested with man children) they're usually talking about how lucrative their lifestyles are while in reality they're bank tellers, depositing my checks.

The word "Man Child" is a common use of words to describe a Child in a Mans body. Destinctive markings such as muffin tops long hair and pidgeon toes can be found on this specimen. This type of person will bath himself while intoxicated. Its lead to belive that the man child is still alive and subsides in the north island of new zealand.
