A manel is a panel or group of men, who speak in an event, conference, or other forum.
It is often used in a critical or satirical way to refer to situations where men are disproportionately represented or where women or other underrepresented groups are not included or given equal representation.
The term is intended to draw attention to the lack of diversity or representation in certain groups or forums.
