A very unknown name but when you find a Narcisse, you know he's a Narcisse. He has a very distinct personality. He is very loud, disruptive, childish and loves to poke people. Can be quite Obnoxious, tries to be serious at times but fails epicly. Loves hockey. Shouldn't be trusted to watch large groups of people for a long time.

A psychological condition in which people are genetically predisposed to be snitch ass informants.
Often times, these NARCissistic people will rat people out, not based on what is right or wrong, but because of peer pressure.
