A slang used to describe someone getting beat at something like a game or if someone were to fail at something like parkour. It is even used for inanimate objects. Example:
That beer bottle just got ran -- in this context, the beer bottle was thrown into the air and shattered upon impact and was destroyed, therefore getting ran.
If there was a video where someone was doing bike jumps and their bike missed the jump and they crashed, they would have gotten ran
*throws paper at someone fast* *gets hit* "get ran, kid"

An exclamation shouted, usually at the point of orgasm, after having sex with someone dressed and whose face is painted to look like Ronald McDonald, or any other similar clown.
As my spew hit the paint on her clown-like lips, I yelled "Ran Ran Ru!"

A hot, rich, embarrassing Goth from the anime Tokyo Revengers who mistakes non-dead/injured people as dead cuz of Goth, brotherly sentiment; for he has a precious Goth brother named Haitani Rindou.
Person 1: Haitani Ran just like me fr: Needs glasses to match with his brother or he mistakes the living for the dead sometimes.
Person 2: I want Haitani Ran to ambush me then hit me with a rod stick.
Person 3: I want Haitani Ran to close my eyes as if I were supposedly passing away.
British slang, very similar in meaning to razzle. It means going out, getting pissed, but the major objective is lots and lots of shagging preferably with a number of different partners. As with razzle this slang term has its origins with the Royal Navy but became more widely known due to the Kate Bush song “Ran Tan Waltz”.
Joe’s in his pit, snoring his head off. He spent most of the weekend on the ran tan.
