The feeling of doing something that you wish you had never done. Feeling regret, you would do anything to turn back the hands of time... Or die to get away...
I dearly regret hurting the people I loved... It's too late now, what's done is done - yet the pain lasts forever.

Something to consider when in a situation you think you might regret in the future:
If you do it you’ll regret it,
If you don’t do it you’ll regret it, Either way your going to regret it,
So you might as well just do it
1) Why did i have to get THAT drunk??
2) I should have said yes when he asked me back to his room.
3) Why did i get involved with him?!
I've used examples which relate to my life and which i've had regrets about. Regrets aren't always about relationships though.
