The fecal river that cascades down ones legs during a run when no bathroom can be found. Usually the result of a Taco Bell feast or bad cheese. In the event of a runny mitch immediately take off your shoes and throw away your socks as things tend to pool up quickly.
Did you see Bob Blum today on the track, he had such a runny mitch.

Diarrhea. When a lot of shit comes out and it’s both solid and liquid. Usually accompanied by gurgling sounds and a foul stench.
I’m not sure if I should eat that 3rd burrito because I may get the funny runnies.
A diarrhea like substance that will make you scream and shout until it is all out. It usually last for a day or longer. If it ends up in your pants it is the worst clean up you will ever experience.
