A way of cheating in Fantasy Baseball during the playoffs. The act of excessively adding/dropping Starting Pitchers during a Fantasy Baseball Playoff to win the categories of Wins, Strikeouts, ERA and WHIP versus their opponent.
The act of streaming usually takes place when a Fantasy Baseball owner has a bad pitching staff in the playoffs.

When you stream a media (eg. a YouTube video), you're grabbing the the video-file from a database as long as the video is. (it's also called live streaming)
Often when people say, they'll stream a movie/series etc. it means, that they'll watch it for free through sites like YouTube (just with a shit ton of porno advertisement).
Person 1: Have you watched the new movie?
