Watching America comedy has given me hectic Sympathetic Accent Syndrome (SAS)! My mum thinks I sound very unrefined..
A gesture that declares you a poor person stuck in an unforgivable hole that you cannot get out of and also implying that people watch you from afar, wishing they could help, wish your problems will subside, but will never do anything for you. Oh, well.
Guy 1: Dude, I just I'm failing two classes and I don't have time to be at work and at school.
Guy 2: Dude... I failed a class once. I was never good at P.E. *Sympathetic Pat on shoulder*

It happens when one side/the affected limb, etc., can't take the bruises, bumps (the beating), anymore, and instead of pain going away, it keeps repeating itself. The result of numbness, tingling pain, stiffness, tremors (shaking of the limb), color changes in the skin, temerature changes in the affected limb, and more.
It can also cause insomnia, migranes, nausia, etc.
To cut it short:
A pain in the ass.

some guy 1:My RSD is flaring up, I have to go home

State of mind of some people who get more nervous than you, when they see you're facing a problem or predicament. Very noticeable on women, by the way.
