The term "Bush league" describes something that is below professional standards, or sub par. The “Bush” part of the term comes from a comparison to small town America and how they would handle their business. It’s roots can be traced directly back to the turn of the nineteenth century in the tiny town of West Minot, Maine, specifically the West Minot Fire Department

The expression refers to the fact that you would not want to have anything to do with a hairy cunt, and therefore, it's in a league of it's own, where you rarely want to play.
