1. A mixture of fictional characters brought on by a delusion of success and misappropriated sense of self-worth and importance.
2. Overheard ramblings of an insanely medding and micro-managing type of business owner who has her head so far up her own ass, she can see her own motionless leathery heart as it always has been: useless.

Possibly the greatest and most underestimated actor alive, Clancy is a tall, classically handsome man famous (or infamous) for portraying malevolent villains in movies such as The Shawshank Redemption and television shows such as Carnivale. He is also known for voicing the greedy, money-loving Mr. Krabs on SpongeBob SquarePants.
Tod: Wow, Mr. Krabs is mean in this movie!
Mom: That's Clancy Brown, dear.

A one of a kind man who will always be there for you and stand up for what is right even if it doesn’t benefit him.
While sometimes timid and not the largest of their kind these men certainly make up for it with their strong will and compassion for those they love.
Usually identifiable by their big blue eyes with large eyelashes and neatly kept thick haircut that blinds most by its majesty and cripples some men with jealousy towards its sheer beauty leading them to lash out in severe childish outbursts which leave all third party spectators amused at their foolishness.
All the boys here are fine looking but they’re lacking that Clancy Hyde factor.
1. Most commonly referring to/of the series of multimedia (books, games, etc) written or endorsed by famous novelist Tom Clancy (Marine!, Rainbow Six).
2. May also be an action similar to one displayed by his books' characters.
1. Rainbow Six is a great game to play online or with your friends!
2. "Yeah dude, that girl was so crazy, I had to Tom Clancy out of the window before she came back!"

A phrase meant to be used as a comparison for anything, with or without regard to the image itself. The phrase can be used in a comparison that makes sense to the literal meaning of the image--that is, there is a person named Clancy who has nuts (though "nuts" in itself can be interpreted as many things)--or in an abstraction.
It was raining harder than Clancy's nuts; The sky opened up like Clancy's nuts; I gotta pain that aches like Clancy's nuts; The man was as bald as Clancy's nuts; The woman had more shoes than Clancy's nuts; et al.

Sophie Clancy is a dopey bar of soap.

‘Omneg look at Sophie Clancy’
That’s not a sophie that’s a bar of soap’
Whoever think this guy doesn't write good books is f***ing retarted. Patriot Games and Rainbow Six are two of the greatest books of all time, and if you don't think so you probably can't read. Either that or you haven't actually read his books.
Tom Clancy is one of the best authors of all time. He also has awesome movies and video games. Tom Clancy Kicks Ass!
