Will-Forting someone includes calling them, holding the phone up to the radio or speaker, and forcing the person on the other end to listen to any obnoxious jam you please. In many cases, Will-Forting someone may result in the person who you are Will-Forting to never call you again, for fear of hearing another random, loud song. This tactic could be used as an excuse to dodge a real conversation, generally confuse, or piss someone off so much that you never hear from them again.
"I didn't want to talk to Hannah, so when she called, I held the phone up to the radio. I really Will-Forted her."
Forte. A good friend who does funnies and cosplays.

moted + fort. When someone builds a fort, usually out of couch pillows, to block access from another person. person b was not just moted, they were forted
