Perhaps it appeals to nostalgia, or it's simply a joke that only you find funny, or particularly resonates with you for no apparent reason.

once upon a time I was with my girlfriend she gave me a look and I was like ill give you a nickel if you tickle my pickle. she couldn't resists she grabbed it with both hands and started rubbing and talking to it like it was a little puppy. Oh whos a good boy whos a good boy you are you yes you are:) I got slightly turned on by this resulting in sudden realization of what was happening one thing led to another and boom im a father.
