Meaning derived from disruptive, narcissitic, racially biased, sexually deviant, pseudo-christian and populist behavior where, testimony, factual data and scientific study are erroneously rejected and displaced to attract support from uneducated, or otherwise susceptible people for personal gain.

The 45th President was adept at nonsensical speeches and phrase patterning, as to allow the listener to ascribe personal meaning, that the term trumpian came to be part of the English language lexicon.
