the term used when a personal innacurately calls another person a smut (slut). They are too naive to realize that "tums" is simply "smut" backwards. clearly those who use the word "smut" arent the brightest crayons in the box.
rude person: "You're such a smut."
awesome person: "oh yeah, well you're a tums."
rude person: "what does that mean?!"
awesome person: "if i weren't a 'smut' maybe i would tell you."

A series of random phrases someone says in celebration. No one really knows what these words mean, they just sound awesome when yelled extremely loudly in a large group, especially when other members are yelling other pointless sayings like "cracko jacko", "pow pow", "zip zap" etc..

Jay brings up the line, and Rich Evans, aka "Dick the Birthday Boy" adamantly refuses to admit that this line was in Hollywood Cop, instead thinking it was in Samurai Cop. WRONG!
