A verminator is employed by large media organisations e.g. the BBC to prevent pro-animal messages being displayed on their internet messageboards. Typically verminators are habitual sadists who will stop at nothing to inflict pain on those who seek to support animals e.g. foxists. Verminators are like humans but without the necks. They are invariably male.
They may work in teams e.g. Verminator 1, Veminator 2 etc etc. The list is endless.
The verb is 'to verminate'
Verminators verminate. If they play in a band they will be the drummer.
Cackling to himself the verminator clicked the "remove message" button.
"Help! I've been verminated."

Vermin-signalling is simultaneously an attempt to discredit the views - most likely in favour of a minority group - that are being expressed, while underlining the dominance of the "correct" group, and an efficient method of establishing that you hold utterly verminous views that will probably mean your family slowly stop talking to you on Facebook or even coming round for Thanksgiving.

A vermin baby is a small and flabby creature that you love. He or she is very furry and annoying but you cuddle them to death anyway.

People who are gross/disgusting/rude/assholes/bigots who are amplified versions of the mentioned character traits. You could for example describe someone as gross. But someone who is even grosser than the average gross person could be described as 'out of this world', hence the term 'gravity vermin(s)'
