A person that is caucasian most likely or albino... or just doesnt get out enough to get a tan. Usually american or British. Not too easy to be racist against caucasians. Words such as honky and cracka just arent insulting!

Any person who considers him or herself as "white", and, who is considered as "white" by a substantial number of other persons who consider themselves as "white", and who generally functions as "white" in all places at all times.
It appears that being "white" is a result of what one has the ability to 'do' in addition to what has done to them.
For example, logically speaking a "White" person has the abilty to practice White supremacy/racsim, while at the same time cannot be subject to that same system of mistreatment on the basis of "Color".
Being "white" seems to have little to do with appearance. Since there are millions of people who are classified as "white" that have darker skin than people classified as 'non-white'.

White Person Lottery (WPL) is a term used to describe the immense luck a (white) person has when they obtain a large amount of money or property that they never could have earned on their own. In most cases this is through inheritance, but it can also occur through marriage. The term has a very natural sound to it and is used regularly on reddit and other popular internet blogs to describe generally very ungrateful people who are depressed for no obvious reason despite being incredibly lucky to be where they are in life. The natural offshoots of this term are MPL (Mexican Person Lottery), APL (Asian Person Lottery) and BPL (Black Person Lottery).
Guy 1: Why do you think she behaves like that all the time?
Guy 2: Classic example of a White Person Lottery winner. People who have won it have a hard time imagining that others have not won it too.
Guy 1: I feel so lucky to be an American!
Guy 2: You would feel even luckier being a White Person Lottery winner from Iceland with free university and a warm, million dollar house to relax in.

When whites complain about how unfair Political correctness, Affirmative action or the fact that they are no longer allowed to use ethnic slurs against others is.
Usually then complains how the government or media is now oppressing them and how unfair the world is to them.

A white person fetish consists of A person that is of another race but unusually obsessed with white people. They are unhappy with their own race, so they think having a white mate would make up for it. They don't date other races whatsoever. Usually, these people that have the fetish are unattractive, stupid, racist, and have a social disorder.
