Donald Trump. It's an allusion to the evil General Zod from Superman who forced the US President to "Kneel before Zod!"
Lindsey Graham used to courageously call out Donald Trump, but then to hang onto power he knelt before Orange Zod and apparently hasn't lost any sleep over it.
A fight in a movie scene where the main characters want to avoid civilian casualties by some sort of self-sacrifice but elsewhere during the movie scores of other people were killed when fights occured in crowded streets, in buildings and / or other populated areas.
