The correct and formal plural of cactus. While people often believe that the proper plural is ‘cacti’ they are actually wrong. The grammatically correct word is ‘cactuses’.
Person 1: “I saw many cactuses”
Person 2: “Yeah me too.”
A common misconception is that this term is incorrect. Cactuses is a valid plural form of cactus. Yes, so is cacti and cactus itself.
