originated when someone told there mother or father they were "just chillen" they meant joint cheifing, or smoking a joint. joint cheifing and just chillen both start with a J and a C.

The most extreme chill factor of being chill. Not to be confused with chillen chill, which is completely opposite. When chill chillen, you are chillaxed, and chillen while being chill.
