Chowned

Chown: vb

To verbally accost somebody or people.

I have never heard this used outside of the military and I am wondering if it is an in house expression.. Maybe somone else can shed light on it! Definitely used in the fashion of the examples given.

(He) fucked up and I had to chown (him)!

I spoke to (him) about his fuck up and when I was finished, he considered (himself) chowned!

(He) deserved a good chowning for that stupid fuck up!
