Mom: Oh gosh, your hands are all clammy! You must be really sick. Would you like to take a feign pill before you get ready?

Head Feign

A girl, or occasionally guy, who really likes giving head. So much that they will ask to give head to almost anyone.

Stephanie is such a head feign, she gave Bob road head with Sam in the back seat!

Raina is not a head feign. She doesn't like giving head.

When a person fakes his/her own disconnection from an MMO (massively multiplayer online game). It was coined after the WOW (World of Warcraft) Hunter class ability "Feign Death." In which the character fakes his/her own death to avoid being attacked.

"Half the group disconnected! Oh, they probably feign d/c."

Thirst Trap Feign

A person that is very appealing to your eyes on social media, the club, etc. To a person that might be considered constant teasing.

Tammy might say damn Jose looks good. Then Tamira says to Tammy girl he ain't nothing but a thirst trap feign.
