The gecko is a sexual act between two people or more (if that’s what your into) where the thumb is inserted into the anus of the other player and that person is made to climb up a wall in the motion of the cold blooded reptile known as a gecko.

This nickname developed as a result of the character Gordan Gecko wearing these types of shirt in the movie Wall Street. These shirts seem to phase in and out of style every few years.
