A girl or woman who appears to have her shit together on the outside--educated, average/or pretty, fit, church-going, volunteers, staple of girlfriends. But on the inside, she dates married men, flirts with her girlfriends' men, and is often looking for a sugar-daddy to use...Heidi (exterior) Ho (self-explanatory).
I just booted my girlfriend (insert name here) from my life because I realized that she was a Heide Ho.

When a person smiles without showing any teeth and their mouth is the only part of their face that moves. Their eyebrows, forehead, and everything else from the nose up remains completely motionless. Also, they tend to tilt their head in a downward motion while smiling creating a very evil look that lets the receiver know the true satanic intentions of the person with the "heid smile."
This smile is only given when one takes pleasure in knowing pain/suffering is in another person's future.
People that give the "heid smile" tend to laugh at other peoples pain and are unmoved by tears.
My teacher gave me a heid smile while she handed me my failing report card.
Billy gave Timmy a heid smile as he put laxatives in his fruit punch.

This is a traditional Scottish saying in rural Stirlingshire which means as it sounds in English 'May your turtles have 3 heads'. It is a phrase typically used by those who aim to wish a person a deep sleep. It is unclear of the origins of the phrase, especially as there are no wild turtles in Scotland and Stirlingshire has no coast, however it may have originated when Scotland was a driving force of the commonwealth.
"I'm aff tae bed now, cheery ho"
"Aright then, May all yer turles hae' three heids"
"Thanks pal, and yae tae"
May all yer turtles hae' three heids
A super cool brethren who is amazing at nitro volleyball, but is weird looking

Yer heid in a tin can
A more Scottish way of saying "keep the head"; it means to stay calm and keep your mind away from going crazy-loco or angry.
"Look, it's no even worth it. Keep the heid!"
