An event that once referred to the mass murder of millions of innocent people simply because they were Jews, Poles, Slavs, Russians, homosexuals, etc, but soon will be referred to the mass extermination of neo-Nazi punks and white supremacist assholes. Neo-Nazis and white supremacist motherfuckers are the stupidest and lowest forms of life on Earth. People like those who wrote 9 and 10 have no place among civilized human beings.
Teacher: Today class we are going to learn about the Holocaust.
Student: My daddy said the Holocaust was a bad thing because the Nazis killed lots of Jews for no reason.
Teacher: That's right, but the Holocaust I'm referring to actually cleansed the planet of neo-Nazi and white supremacist filth. So now it is a good thing.
Student: oh. cool. How did we kill them all?
Teacher: We rounded them up, stuffed them onto trains and kept them there for weeks without food or water and some died and some had to eat each other's shit and drink each other's piss to stay alive. Those that lived were put into camps and then gassed in huge chambers before being cremated and sent to hell where they belong.

from my english teacher, this is some notes she gave us / Ms. Freedman's definition of The Holocaust:
"The Holocaust usually refers to a specific event in 20th centure history: the state-sponsored systematic persecution and annihilation of European Jewry by Nazi Germany and its collaborators between 1933 and 1945.
Victims: Jews, Gypsies, the handicapped, homosexuals, Jehovah's Witnesses, Soviet POW's, and political dissidents
Why? Not simply the logical and inevitable consequence of unbridled rascism. Rather, rascism, combinded with centuries-old bigotry, renewed by a nationalistic fervor which emerged in Europe in the later half of the 19th centure, fueled by Germany's defeat in WWI and its national humiliation following the Treaty of Versailles, exacerbated by worldwide economic hard times, the ineffectiveness of the Weimar Republic, and international indifference, and catalyzed by the political charisma, militaristic inclusiveness, and manipulative propaganda of Adolf Hitler's Nazi regime, contributed to the eventuality of the Holocaust."

A very terrible tragedy that resulted in the deaths of millions of Jews.
If you've searched this on urbandictionary, you most likely already know this tragedy by now.
Sorta unrelated, but for some reason, my elementary school thought it would be a great idea to teach the Holocaust in the THIRD GRADE. I really don't know what went through the school system's mind to think that exposing third graders to war crimes is a great idea. It's just as bad as an idea as showing your kids Happy Tree Friends.
