Person who cranes, stains or otherwise awkwardly turns their head and stares while passing the scene of something interesting (usually morbid in nature).
This is usually seen and performed while driving past the scene of an accident, or any other incident where there are police, firemen or ambulances with lots of flashing lights.

This unfortunate event occurs when you are giving a diarrhea-ridden toddler a shoulder ride. The results are epic and equally embarrassing, especially when in public.
"My toddler just exploded his bowels all over my neck during a shoulder ride. Maybe that was a bad decision... but it did get me out of a ticket... total Pooper Necker."
A knob you used to see on the huge steering wheels of 1950's car to help steer with one hand. The use of this would be to put your arm around your girl's neck sitting very close to you thanks to those bench seats.
I've been looking for a necker's knob to install on my Studebaker for 5 years with no succes.

RED NECKER (red nek er) noun slang
A person that is white or Caucasian. esp in the Southern United States. esp. those of which that did not take into consideration the importance of sun block on exposed skin therefore resulting in burning of the neck
