Person who makes a run to get alcohol for people who are generally underage. People will usually go back to the same person for their alcohol, thus that person becomes a packie because he is their store. Fairly new definition, originated in Mass.

Noun - A run to get alcohol. Usually kids (New England, or at least in Connecticut) who are underaged will ask someone who is of age to get them a "packie", or to go on a "packie run".

The hatred towards Indians stems from their homosexual culture, disease filled country, cowardly men, and their elitist women who think they are above everyone. Hate also stems from hard working people who have lost their jobs to cheaper laboring Indians residing in India.
