When you're sniffly but don't quite have a snot stream. Also can be used as a verb to describe sucking snot out of a baby's nose.
Dude, the baby is super snorfly, can you go snorfle him so he can actually get some sleep?
The act of a dog looking for tasty morsels on the group, hoping for any sort of little crumb at all.
