By saying this, you are implying that the person or thing you are saying it to is bad at something. By being bad, that must be bad. If you are the one saying this, you do not 'suck.'

Statement in response to being told that your work sucks, or you suck in general. Often said in defense of one's self when being accused of sucking by people of limited knowledge or bad information. Commonly stated in a rushed together pronunciation "idontsuckyousuck" for maximum impact, and to point out that the person doing the accusing actually sucks, not you.
