Taz can be very shy. He hangs out with the cool guys. He loves hats and oversized sweaters. He is a little lazy but always stays cool

It's a little in between hot and cold. The in between Hell and Paradise. It's short for Tazin. Can also be a name which means the person who owns the Taz. There are different parts of the Taz if they feel the need the soul will be taken to the purgatory.

They might be taken to Hell or Paradise depending on the judges.
Some places don't have a taz so they would be taken straight to heaven or hell. Some places the person is forgiven so they go straight to heaven.

The dead man was taken to the Taz.
The water was Taz.

They went to an island called Parahell, but where was Taz.
They were in the Taz, on their way back to the underworld.

In a word means the middle or in-between. The middle ground or a product of it. The force of the middle ground.

Taz is the in between. Whether its the in between of heaven and hell or hot and cold, they all have a Taz. Taz's law states that everything has an inbetween.

Temporary Autonomous Zone, coined by Hakim Bey, who prefers not to define it but referred to in several of his writings. An experience where, ideally, participants temporarily free themselves from restraints imposed by social conditioning and regulation; an experiment in group immediatism; a creative event where new codes of behaviour are established by those present.

Despite its synthesizing force for my own thinking, however, I don't intend the TAZ to be taken as more than an essay ("attempt"), a suggestion, almost a poetic fancy. Despite the occasional Ranterish enthusiasm of my language I am not trying to construct political dogma. In fact I have deliberately refrained from defining the TAZ--I circle around the subject, firing off exploratory beams. In the end the TAZ is almost self-explanatory. If the phrase became current it would be understood without difficulty...understood in action.
