As in, "We're going to trailer it for the next couple of years."
A mobile home that you can sleep, eat and drive in. Very usful for long trips but often makes the person look very poor.

The person who follows a group of friends just like a trailer follows a truck. The trailer will follow the group around even though he isn't in the group and nobody like him/he.
