English countryside slang for a cow pat, they often torment city kids by asking if they would like a country pancake, then slamming their face in cow shit.
Country Kid: "Hey, Cockney boy, want to come to my place and have a country pancake?"
City kid: "Sure! Sounds delicious!"

A sport in its purest form. Unlike track, which is normally a race against the clock, cross country is all about beating the other runner. The only way to succeed in xc is to train harder, faster, and smarter than your rival. This is unlike many other sports that rely on mostly talent rather than training. A sport that should be respected the most, yet is probably respected the least.
I'm too big of a pussy, so I quit cross country and joined football.

A term first heard on Top Gear and used by Jeremy Clarkson, it describes the rural countryside in Romania, inhabited by gypsys.
The first scene of the movie Borat is actually filmed in Romania so this is where the term comes from.
