May also be seen in other non-white communities as it is another way of being "inside the box" by copying western culture.

Richard is studying about cultural sociopathy, and he concluded that when more neoliberalism, individualism and nihilism advances over society, more sociopathy and psychopathy are becoming normalized in our societies.
Someone who does anything in their power to have society accept him/her, would change his/her opinion if enough thought differently, and would be unwilling to take risks that may result in appearing uncool.
