The time of day where a black woman puts on her bonnet. Usually at night when it’s time for bed.
Chad: Let’s FaceTime.
Maddy: Nah it’s bonnet hours.
This is when the crabs have a party to get high and eat 69 pounds of chalk

When 5 guys pee in the same toilet together.
We and the boys did a homie hour back there.
The time from 11pm to 6am. It's when all the exciting stuff happens in the streets, like shootings, robberies, drunk driving accidents, vandalism, whatever crime you hear about in the local news.
11-12: robberies and big fights
12-3: shootings and drunk driving accidents
3-6: vandalism, high-speed pursuits and other deadly car accidents
News: "A young black male was killed in a drive-by shooting at 1:30 AM last Monday in the San Francisco Tenderloin, police said."
DAMN IT!! It was in the exciting hours...

The time when human sheep (i.e. sheeple) are all coming back from work (aka commuting:) to experience the pleasures of homely life. Road rage, traffic jams and human jams are prevalent characteristics of this phenomenon.
To avoid sheeple hours, just don't follow the damn sheep!
