A very cool person. If your lucky enough to know a charlie ross you should be thanking the gods. He has a cool girlfriend. But he is an extroverted, funny, lovely person. He cares about all his friends and is pretty emotional. He often thinks badly of himself, but people around him know how perfect of a human he is. He is supportive and loves you unconditionally. If you know a Charlie Ross you are the luckiest person alive. He cares about others well-being even if his own isn't the best. I know a Charlie Ross and he's my most favourite person in the world. He has no flaws and is an open- minded, loud person. He fits in and tries his best to take critics well.
