a creeper is at a party when everyone is chillin talkin it up or just hangin out and the one kid is just sittin on the couch with that smile(u know the smile when u see it believe me) he usually is drunk but it is possible to have a sober creeper, basically he is a creep.
normal kid one : hey wats up
normal kid two : nothin but that kid on the couch is a creeper

A mass(prescott) moving slowly towards its target or on largely populated sites looking up girls while rubbing their nipples.

some one who does odd things that most normal people would not,its usually easy to tell if someone is a creeper or not.
creeper: hey "bob" that shirt looks tight.
bob: really? its not.
creeper: i like it....
note: tight means not loose.

Someone, usually male, who acts in a socially unacceptable manner, normally pertaining to females.
Usually these are men who stalk younger women, go to parties they are too old for, or date/have sexual relations with their therapists/garbage women/mutual friends.
David: I am dating my therapist!
Marti: You're such a creeper.
