the kind of n00b which is nice and behaves, often only trying to join in with the community.
Crested n00bs are quickly being made extinct by trolls and mean n00bs because they are nice and use proper english (or whatever language they type)
Crested n00bs are usually over the age of 18 and have a high level of maturity, and usually have something to offer to the community they have joined...
Crested n00bs usually evolve into much more prominent members of the online community and become much more popular than trolls or noobs

Similar to nu-metal, the n00b-metal genre relies on songs lacking any '1337 skillz'. Their 3 track EP's can generally only be found on the artists' geocities webspace in WMA form.
Used when a band thinks of themselves as real metal but in fact are as technically skilled as an guitar playing epileptic in a room with a strobe light.

1. A place, website, forum, chatroom where n00bs gather, or too many n00bs visit to think they're 1337.
2. A group or crew of n00bs who call themselves uber and ask annoying newbie questions.
"Man, that one site had turned into total N00b-Zone!"
"Lets get out this chatroom, it's N00b-Zone!"
"Those kids are 100% n00b-zone!"

1. Guns with really big clips or that do insane amounts of damage and take no skill to use.
An M60 on Counter strike or rocket launcher in halo.
