"Im about to blow" is a phrase which seemed to be created and popularized by the adult content creator, Dreamybullxxx. Dreamy uses this phrase when he jerks off and is about to cum. The phrase also has alternames names such as "Ambadeblou". The phrase is usually referring to something that seems "sus" with a supposed innocent meaning such as the trend of taking the original video and adding a heading with a sad title, to make the video seem innocent until you actually realize, making it a form of shock humour.
