Mainly used by people in the Irish midlands (Longford), meaning Drunk to the point you started eating someone’s left over food.

Him:I was scrapped last night.
Her:Yeah I Seen you eating some guys left over pizza.

When you look for leftover weed or other substances when you are out (ex. looking through a leftover cart to find leftover wax when youre out).
