It's not known if Ice Cube really meant what he was saying, but he was probably exaggerating and wanted Jerry Hellr to not be associated with NWA for good. because at the time, it was believed that Jerry Heller was stealing money from the members of NWA and they weren't paid their right amounts of money. That's an example of what it means to put a bullet in someones temple.
