A really incredible song by the band Dream Theater. This song stems a little over 23 minutes long and it is truly impressive. Even if you don't like the progressive rock genre you have to certainly appreciate the level of talent and professionalism that this song produces. The guitar and bass riffs, vocals, drums and keyboards are stunning and very interesting. An extremely impressive song...check it out.

1) An assortment of coins, usually found in your pockets.
2) A comically bad diss track made by rap artist Ja Rule targetting 50 Cent. Includes the infamous 'MUREDR INC' line which pretty much solidified the fact that Ja Rule never had a chance against G-Unit to begin with, even though most of G-Unit (aside from The Game) is just as mediocre.

The spare forgotten change like nickels and dimes that is used in the purchase of crack cocaine.
You could also use the term to describe change(coin money) in general for mere comic relief.
Bum: "Spare some change?"
Business man: "I'm sorry I don't have any Crack change for you sir".
-"With all this crack change I could buy a sandwich!"
